Project Summary

I recently joined the board of my HOA with the main objective of getting EV chargers installed for the community to use. We are a community of 105 townhomes in the City of Baltimore and given our homes do not have driveways or garages, and that we do not have assigned parking spaces, we need to install charging infrastructure that benefits the entire community. Despite having no charging infrastructure there are already about 4 homes with an EV and another 2 with a plugin-hybrid. The hope is that the new infrastructure, installed for free in partnership with our local utility (BGE), will significantly accelerate adoption in the community.
